Bill Brink

Owner & President

After more than 15 years in healthcare management roles, Bill acquired ETI in 2003. A year later, he expanded the company’s service offerings through the acquisition of ACH. He remains committed to growing the business both organically and through additional acquisitions. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mary College in Bismarck, North Dakota, and an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison, WI.


Dave Wiegand

Director of Sales & Marketing

Dave joined the company in 2016 and has overall responsibility for the sales and marketing functions, which also includes the customer service team. Dave has over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry in operations, sales and marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.


Michael Maass

Director of Finance

Michael joined the company in February of 2019 and has overall responsibility for the finance, human resources and business administration functions. Michael has more than 20 years of public accounting experience and focused on tax and business valuation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology from University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Michael has also been a member of Rotary from 2001 to 2019, served as Rotary President and received the Paul Harris Fellow Award.


Jeffrey Mortensen

Accounting Manager

Jeff joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for accounting and human resources. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and has a background in materials, operations, accounting, and human resources. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.


Brad Johnson

Plant Manager (Iowa)

Brad joined the company in 2018 and has overall responsibilities for our Iowa location “Thorson Manufacturing”. Brad brings with him over 20 years of senior leadership in manufacturing. Brad’s background includes companies from both the private and corporate sectors in consumer goods and services, with his primary focus being in leadership, development, and continued growth.


Margaret Vogel

Customer Satisfaction Associate

Margaret has been with the company since its inception in 1990 and has service, account management, and quoting responsibilities for ETI and ACH customers. Margaret has extensive product and operations knowledge and experience that both, directly and indirectly, benefits the company’s customers.


Sarah Schwarz

Customer Satisfaction Associate

Sarah has spent the last fifteen years in the telecommunications world where she held various positions in Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, Training, and Leadership. She is responsible for all aspects account management and quoting for both ETI and ACH. Sarah prides herself on going above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience possible.


Jim Rogers

Purchasing Manager

Jim is a seasoned lean manager/mentor providing oversight for the company’s product value stream.  He has over 20 years of manufacturing leadership experience which includes experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt whereby he was able to derive team-oriented business solutions.  He earned his degree in Business Administration from Davenport University, as well as receiving extensive training in lean manufacturing. 


Andrew Schwarz

Production Manager

Andy brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing arena. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin -Whitewater. Andy has also received his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.


Randy Westover

Quality Manager

Randy has overall responsibility for the Quality Management System, as well as incoming inspection and receiving. He has over 20 years of manufacturing experience. Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University, with additional emphasis in human resources.
