Proficiency in PCB assembly includes both leaded and RoHS compliant manufacturing; surface mount, through-hole and mixed PCB assembly; with expertise in fine pitch devices and other critical placements such as BGAs, Micro-BGAs, and LGAs.

We manufacture to IPC-A-610 Class II and III standards with our team of Certified IPC Trainers. Our inspection and testing capabilities include 3D AOI (automated optical inspection), X-ray and functional testing, and we are proficient in testing surface mount, through-hole and mixed technology assemblies. Our quality control process is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
